Scott, President and Chief Dog Lover

As the top dog at Three Dog Bakery, Scott sets the tone for an honest, open, hard working culture that balances good business with a love of dogs. He drives growth momentum by enhancing the company's organizational and financial foundation, working closely with our franchisees and helping to dream up great new, all natural ideas to serve our four legged clients. Prior to joining Three Dog Bakery, Scott gained of over 18 years of marketing, product development, e-commerce development and business management experience with wonderful companies such as H&R Block®, Sprint®, Hewlett Packard and some smaller consulting services firms. Scott has an MBA from Northwestern. Scott is usually busy at work with his helpful YorkiePoo mix Buddy at his side.

Jeanne, Vice President and Chief Financial Dog of Three Dog Bakery

Her past experience includes serving as CFO for several different companies including a software development company specializing in distributed marketing and an $800 million pharmaceutical distribution company. Jeanne has over twenty-five years experience in the financial and accounting field and is a certified public accountant. Her yellow lab Wilson pretty much runs the show and is in severe need of his own personal Dog Whisperer.

Rocky, Vice President and Chief Production Dog

Rocky is responsible for the production and procurement of all Three Dog Bakery’s great tasting packaged treats and food. Make no bones about it, Rocky runs a tight ship. Rocky has 22 years of experience in Human food manufacturing and operations. Previously Rocky worked for Philadelphia Macaroni, American Italian Pasta Co. and Welch Foods, but baking for the dogs is a lot more fun.
